My order for a laptop related to Order ID OD329352534302637100 was ordered on 7th October 2023 and had reached the nearest hub for delivery on 9th October.
The promised delivery date was 11th October, and as the order was not delivered on 11th, the delivery date automatically got updated to 13 October and now there is no delivery date update on this.
Upon contacting the customer care team multiple times over the past few days, I was informed that due to some logistics issue, the order could not be delivered and they requested me to cancel this order and then place a new order to get delivery, even though the price of the product has increased by 10K-15K.
The customer care team is not able to provide a definitive resolution for the delivery of the product and even though the case has been escalated multiple times to higher teams, there has been no resolution yet.
I do not want to place a new order and want my original order to get delivered on a priority.
