I have placed on order at https://boat-lifestyle.com/ to purchase a Bluetooth speaker of cost 3700 on 18th June 2022. Its been 2 weeks but I didn’t receive my order. I have been calling customer care everyday but they are useless and helpless. Neither do they care to intimate the customer about the delay nor they let me cancel the order. Boat is such an unprofessional company that they even blocked my calls at customer care service. I have been chasing them every day but its of no use
