I ordered chicken biryani at 8:55pm.. It delivered at 10:29pm.i call to customer care i asked refund for late of 40 minutes. He refused and he is talking in rude manner. Iam waiting for food for 1hr 34 minutes and talked to customer care people around 30 minutes. Although they are very egoistic they didn’t listen to customers. I request you take serious action and impose big penalty for this cheating swiggy app. Because they didn’t care about customers. Please take a quick action on this and these activities continously happening in india they don’t have fear of law. Please show them a good taste of Indian laws.
