I had order One plus earbuds pro for Rs. 8409/-. Order is delayed. I cannot receive it now. I requested to cancel after delivery date had lapsed. Till then order was jot even picked. Still they are not cancelling my order and not processing my refund. I also sent me legal notice. I will have to lodge an FIR tomorrow. Please see, if you can refund my money.
