I ordered Oneplus Bullets Wireless Z Bass Edition Bluetooth in Ear Earphones with mic, Launched in October 2020 (Reverb Red) which costs Rs 1999 and it was delivered on 22nd may 2022 when opened it and check it was defective. I called the customer care and informed about the issue and they arranged replacement on 27/05/2022 but it was not delivered after that replacement of the product was cancelled and return pickup was scheduled for processing refund but return pickup is also not done. The delivery will not be calling and it will updated as customer refused. Again I will be calling customer care and they rescheduled it other day then also return pickup was not completed till today I have rescheduled it more than 5 times and they are not taking any action against or providing refund.
