Text of Complaint by Ajaz Shaikh:

I ordered my food from zomato and the order was supposed to get delievered within 45 min but after 1 hour i contacted and came to know that its delayed and i informed customer support and i told to refund money if they want me to accept because the order was delayed by mostly 1hr citing useless issues and after that they provided me a token of rs 30 which i accepted and after that i came to know through notification that my order has been cancelled without informing me and beacuse of them i was not able to have my breakfast and no support received from Mr.Ayaan(Escalation Team)and he is trying to teach me professionalism as i did not said any word which was out of the context.So,i want them to pay for fooling the customers and wasting my time and also no delivery for which i have paid.
