This is to inform you that, Since last 12 days Amazon support team and Amazon social media team harassing to the customer (Myself) in terms of wasting Time, using my money , giving worst support.
As I bought a laptop from Amazon app on 20th Nov 22 and till today haven’t received my order..and that is why i have escalated this issue on twitter and from this day this case is handling by Social media team only through mail not getting any assistance from call and from Amazon customer support team they simply surrendering this issue by saying that your issue handling by social media team not in our hand.
Also would like to notice that,if you check my earlier orders history all orders able to deliver on given address, exept this order not able deliver on same address by mentioning the remarks that incorrect address..
So my request you to look into this as I stuck bcoz of this transaction in terms of time and money
