Text of Complaint by Javed Ali:

On 7th April 2024, I placed an order for an LG AI Convertible 6-in-1 Cooling 2024 Model 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split Inverter Model No. TS-Q19YNZE with the expectation of receiving it on 8th April 2024 as per the delivery date provided. However, to my disappointment, the order was not delivered within the promised timeframe. Despite escalating the issue to your customer service team, I have yet to receive a satisfactory explanation for the delay. Furthermore, I attempted to cancel the order due to the inconvenience caused but encountered difficulties in doing so through the platform.
Also the tracking Id provided on the platform is not working as well when I tried to track it on ekart Logistics (FMPN0004453224)

I understand that sometimes delays are unavoidable, but the lack of communication and transparency regarding the status of my order is unacceptable. Additionally, the inability to cancel the order through normal channels only adds to my frustration.

Also they said we have escalated the issue to the backend team regarding my problem. It’s been two days they didn’t even connected to resolve my issue.
