his is bring it your notice that there were 2 Debit card EMI loan has been generated under my name, Actually it is supposed to be 1 Debit cardĀ EMI loan.
Bring History:
On 13th of October 2018 i ordered for Poco F1 mobile in Flipkart using my Debit card with EMI option but the order was not completed successfully from seller end, So simultaneously i received an email that your refund procedure has begun and attached email for your reference with the tracking number.Even on that day i spoken to the customer care executive regarding the order confirmation they told that the order was not confirmed wait for 24 hours, if still the order is not confirmed you can place an order again.
so on the next day ie on 14th of october 2018 again i order the same product (Poco F1 mobile) and order was successfully placed and even the product got delivered on 19th Oct 2018.
Now my concern is how there was 2 DC EMI loan has been generated under my name, Even for the order which was not confirmed for your end the Loan got generated.

1019070002196962-0000000000040353429 (Loan Amount- 19499)
Now i need an detailed and brief confirmation email from you stating the refundedĀ amount of Rs 19499 is for the order which could not be completed from end on 13th Oct 2018 with the bank refund reference ID.
