I ordered a mobile from Flipkart on 2nd Nov. 2022. It was supposed to be delivered on 5th Nov.2022.
On the delivery date, the agent called me for delivery details, but till date the product is not delivered. And nobody contacted me again with any updates. I have complained to the flipkart customer care service but no satisfactory solution is provided.
I want Flipkart to compensate for the damage they caused me, like mental harassment and falsified information on tracking my order.
