Complaint Description:
On September 16, 2023, I placed an order with Faction Hut for the purchase of Men’s Cargo Shorts, described on their website as “Casual Shorts” and “Hiking Shorts.” However, 23/09/2023 upon receiving the package, I was shocked and deeply disappointed to discover that the contents did not match my order in any way. Instead of the Men’s Cargo Shorts I had rightfully expected, I received a pair of old, worn, and used jeans. This situation represents a grave misrepresentation of the product and has caused me considerable distress.
Attempts to Resolve the Issue:
I have diligently attempted to resolve this matter by contacting Faction Hut multiple times through various communication channels, including emails and phone calls. I have maintained records of these attempts, documenting dates, times, and the content of my communication.
Financial Loss:
As a direct result of this unfortunate situation, I have suffered a significant financial loss of [ 890 Rs Amount of Loss]. This sum encompasses the cost of the product, any additional expenses incurred in pursuing a resolution, and the inconvenience caused.
I am fully prepared to cooperate with the Consumer Court throughout the resolution process and, if required, provide additional information or testimony.
I trust in the Consumer Court’s ability to ensure justice is served and consumer rights are safeguarded.
