I have ordered one phone vi vo u 10 from Amazon for my mom 9n her birthday and confirmed about delivery date. But afterwords it is showing delievry by 9 th March. And I complaint about same on customer care and rweeted on SM but no resolution and different different information from customer care not today I called customer care and asked for transfer to supervisor mozzam said no I won’t transfer and disconnected my call.

I have ordered one product on 21st jan. At the time of ordering phone vivo u10. Delivery date is showing 2-10 business days. But after payment got sms that delivery is maximum 9th march.Then I called customer care and enquired about the same. Ratna picked up my cll and informed that due to technical issue it is showing 9th march. Don’t worry u will get ur product within 2-10 business days screen shot is attached Or before that she said with in 48 hrs it will get shipped Then u will get the exact delivery date and i have marked ur case as followup i will be giving u call back at 4 pm. Then I felt relaxed that it’s ok i will be getting the product on time.
The again I called up next day the person at customer care told me that it is due to. Technical issue u are getting 9th march . U will get the product with in 2-10 business days. And also he told me that product is in advance shipping to ur nearest Fullfillment center and will get shipped within next 48 hours . Then I doubted coz I was earlier informed that my product will get shipped in 48 hrs now he is asking for more 48 hrs the I said ok. Transfer the call to ur supervisor he transferred the call to supervisor then I asked the exception person to call back she said I will five a call back after 1 your but i have not received any call. Then agin yesterday I called up now aarti took my call she is saying that u will get your product by 9th march. Then I called up again today and finally my call is connected with supervisor keerti.
As per keerti product will be delieved by 9th March.
Prior resolutions on call
1st call-product gets Delievered with in 2-10 business days and will be shipped in 48 hrs
2nd call-product gets delivered with in 2-10 bussiness days. And kow it is in advance shipping will be shipped from nearest fulfillment center with 48 hrs
3rd call-product will be delieved by 9th March and exclation supervisor told me to call back but no call received
4th call-product will be delieved by 9th March now u can cancel the product and order again as now u will get the same product by 4th feb
Final. Call-product product will be delivered by 9 th March and . U can cancel the product.

The phone I have to gift to my Mom and before placing the order I confirmed the delivery. They promised that as per delivery u will get the same.
Very disappointed by the services of Amazon.
