Placed an order on 22nd September. Estimated shipping date is October 12th. Product value is rs 77846 from Jos Alukkas. Raised concern to Flipkart customer care before shipping date. They convinced to wait upto 17th October. I paid through credit card and the same amount to credit card on the due date. Suddenly order got cancelled on 15th October without any intimation. When contacting customer care, their not able to help. Simply their telling refund already initiated. Mentally disturbed a lot due to this incident.
