I ordered iPhone 13 from Flipkart on 22nd Sept 2022 for 52,019 and the expected delivery date was 28 September 2022 and then they keep on changing the delivery date from 28th Sept to 1 Oct then 6th 7th 8th 13th 14th and finally on 15th of October 2022 they cancelled my order without my confirmation and asked me to place the new order. Now the price of phone has been raised from 52019 to 66990 and I have to pay approx 15000 more for purchasing the same product. I was consequently calling their customer services to solve this issue but they dint take any action.
They promised me to deliver the phone in 52019, but they did not keep their promise now why should I pay 15000 more for the product.
