Dear sir
I have purchased item on Flipkart Order ID-OD220164195479041000 for Sleepyhead Flip – Dual Sided 6 inch King High Density (HD) Foam Mattress. Order was cancelled by seller mentioned reason was out of stock but actually you can see same items are available with different Prices on Flipkart as well as Amazon. This was purchase due marriage of my younger sister. I called customer care they are not giving no any positive feedback and asking order new fresh booking with new high price of same item but my money will create not now and every body is running out of money in spite of this please have a look the reasons as mentioned below 1. If the item was out of stock why item was booked on Flipkart platform at the time of booking
2. Due COVID everybody running out of money, I don’t have money to place new order with high price as my money is stuck between Flipkart and bank
3. Money transfer for same order on 8th Nov and it will be creates again on same accounts on 24th Nov. Then offer period will be over.
4- If the item is out of stock then why seller is selling on same platform with high price.
5. I can not get the benefit of same credit card as I have already used.
Please do the needful to deliver the same item with price on mentioned address.
