I have ordered Iphone 11 (64 GB) phone from Flipkart (Order ID: OD121759202505664000) on Tuesday 11th May 2021, the promised delivery date was on 15th May 2021 and due to this pandemic they informed that there will be delay in delivery, I’ve said Ok I will wait, but suddenly the logistics partner (E-Kart) have cancelled my order without even asking my consent, when I contacted with the customer care they are saying it’s not deliverable due to this situation, I’ve also ordered an apple adapter also they haven’t cancelled that product only my phone got cancelled and my area is not even a hotspot or in a containment zone. They are not even trying to solve this issue, they are saying that if I need the product I should order it again and wait for another 1-2 weeks.
