Text of Complaint by Murali Krishna Upputuri:

I ordered Iphone 12 (Blue, 128GB) in exchange of my old Iphone 6S in big billion days sale initiated by Flipkart on 02 Oct 2021. Delivery guy has called me on 05 Oct 2021 to deliver my phone and i have requested him to reschedule the delivery to 06 Oct 2021 as i am not available in city to exchange my phone. He agreed to do the same and i can see the same status in orders section where it showed it will be delivered on 07 Oct 2021. But on 07 Oct 2021, i have received a message stating product has been cancelled and refund is initiated.
Reason for cancellation: Order Rejected by customer.
I have tried contacting flipkart executive and i have told to place a new order as previous order is cancelled. why should i place a new order with revised high price. Customer have not cancelled the product and how logistics and flipkart e commerce will have right to cancel the order without customer consent. Customer executives are totally failed in resolving my issue and service is extremely unsatisfactory. This is totally unacceptable and i want a positive response. i requested flipkart to deliver my order with same order value again which they are denying. Request your involvement and please justify the situation.
