I placed an order (order id #171191365340) on 30 June 2023 on Swiggy for food, the total bill came out to be 306 rupees, I used UPI and a coupon for payment. I purchased the coupon from Paytm it was a 120 rupees coupon, so I paid the remaining 186 rupees via UPI.
After waiting for more than 1.30 hr I asked swiggy support for an update they said the order would be delivered in a few minutes, but nothing happened after wasting my time for 1 more hour they cancelled the order and only started a refund of 186 rupees and said they’ll not refund my coupon for which I paid.
I didn’t get any order and no compensation for waiting 2 hours for an order.
I didn’t get a refund for my coupon I tried to contact them for 2 days nothing happened.
I also asked them to please tell me how can i delete my account, they didn’t respond.
