Dear Sir/Ma’am,
This informs to you I have ordered an item of reebok shoes by flipkart on 16/10/2020. I was informed that your product was delivered before 26/10/20. When I called to E kart service for ordering my product on my address, they giving excuse to deliver product at my address. I continually contacting by both flipkart and E-kart regarding my this product delivery issue and raised complaint on 28/10/20 after deny by E-kart to deliver my product. Further given date of Delivery 01/11/20. but neither I received any call from E-Kart nor from flipkart. And after that my order was canceled without giving any reason.
