I’ve ordered food from Swiggy and they cancelled my order saying I didn’t picked the call. However, I didn’t received any call from swiggy, all I received was a text after order cancellation saying my order has been cancelled. Following that message I had contacted the swiggy support and they kept refusing to send replacement or issue refund.
