I ordered a book “Great Expectations” of ₹119 on 3rd May and it was expected to be delivered on 10th May.
It was on its way to my delivery address the product reached on 8th May at 08:27pm at Patna but the order was cancelled by the courier partner at 05:59pm saying that it was unable to deliver to my address.
The delivery agent neither called me nor messaged for the same.
Reason for cancellation by customer service agent: Due to immense pandemic situation .
I think what type of protocols and policies are being enforced here. The product is shipped from Delhi which is already COVID hub , reached Kolkata , thereafter Patna and not BEGUSARAI.
I ask is BEGUSARAI mostly affected by COVID-19 ? If not so then what may be other possible reasons ?
Now flipkart is saying to place new order as previous order has been cancelled. Why should I place a new order with revised increased price. Customer did not cancel the product, so why should customer bear the loss.
This is absolutely unacceptable. Who is delivery guy to decide the cancellation. And why such false promises by the agent ?
The reason given by delivery guy is false and it is an unsatisfactory service produced by Flipkart and Ekart.
I want a positive response .
