I had ordered OnePlus 7t pro from Amazon India on exchange. Order No. 408-2591807-9852345
No one from Amazon or the delivery agent contacted me regarding verification of the old product for exchange. And directly I got an update saying Exchange Verification failed, even though no one from Amazon or the delivery agents had even contacted me, let aloan seen the product. Subsequently the new order got cancelled
