I ordered on 12 July and order was to be recived on 13july. I waited till 21 July .
In between, the order got cancelled and stating the reason ‘incomplete address’ . However I did not recive any call from delivery agent. I talked with agent 20 July(number I had because I have also ordered flipkart in past), he said that product is in our branch but you will have to come ..I said ok and when I called next day he said it has been cancelled and now your product is in RTO and I recived a call from flipkart today i.e.22 July that order has been cancelled and amount has been refunded through phonepay reasoning that you made payment through phonepay that is why it is transferred in phone pay.
However, I made payment through debit card.
I had complained many times in flipkart for placing the order but no resolution received.
So please look into it.
