I placed an order I was waiting for it to arrive it got superlate first then finally the guy arrived and I didn’t got the order as They were unable to reach me they claimed and cancelled my order without any refund.

    Order Delays: My recent orders have been consistently delayed, often with no explanation or updates provided. This is extremely inconvenient and affects my overall experience with your service.

    Customer Support Issues: When I try to seek help, the in-app chat support is not functional. The interface does not allow me to type or send my concerns, and instead only displays automated responses. This leaves me with no way to communicate my issue.

    No Helpline Number: To make matters worse, there is no customer helpline number provided, which means users like me are left stranded when problems occur.

    As a paying customer, I expect timely service and accessible customer support. These ongoing issues are unacceptable and need to be addressed immediately. I request:

    Clear communication regarding delays.

    A functioning customer support channel where users can actually type and raise concerns.

    A helpline or direct contact option for urgent issues.

    I hope you will take this complaint seriously and resolve these problems at the earliest.
