Please review my order,I’ve been using Zomato from more than 5-6years never encountered such pathetic service…this restaurant is always deliever on my location without giving any call,today I booked order from dosa darbar for my parents and did online payment for the same,as I m waiting it to deliever at my location but suddenly got the cancellation msg and I’ve charged 227/- as cancellation fee which actually was a prepaid order, how come customer service and restaurant be so reluctant..I was ready to collect my returned Packet from restaurant by myself but restaurant is denying to give me back where Zomato is saying restaurant can give but no solution given…what if I would’ve ordered cash on delivery then what charge would’ve taken from me if the order cancelled?? Such an old user of Zomato i am and what kind of service I m getting ,useless…never recommend Zomato again.
