I write this email to inform you that my order was cancelled by amazon yesterday after having taken full amount for the order due to some suspicion detected by the system.
The screenshot of which has been attached below.
After which I was notified that I can reply to that message for any query and should not call customer care as it is cancelled by the system.
Also my money will be refunded by 12 July 2022.
I wish to clarify and highlight the following:
1.The message sent to my account was not replyable which landed me in an extremely helpless position of my money gotten stuck with no product delivered and no one left to clarify.
2. When a suspicion had arisen, it should have been clarified right away by a simple call from your end rather than doing such round tripping of somebody’s money, plans and time.
3. My money was deducted yesterday within seconds and will be refunded after seven days, why are you getting an interest on it by doing it for multiple people? Will I also get interest on my money invested on your company?
4. Why am I being made to go through all of this, calling people around, surfing, trying to contact so that I can get my product or money on time.
THE MAJOR PROBLEM BEING NOW THAT THE ONLY MONEY I HAD SAVED ESPECIALLY FOR BUYING THESE ARTICLES HAS BEEN INVESTED IN YOUR COMPANY AND YOU CHOSE NOT TO DELIVER MY PRODUCT DUE TO AN UNEXPLAINED SUSPICION AND HOLD MY MONEY FOR SO LONG??????
I DEMAND A COMPENSATION OF THIS MENTAL AND FINANCIAL TRAUMA!!!!!
The idea of this purchase was for a wedding on 12th itself, buy all accessories with it, now what?
You refund on 12th, then I buy?????
I am extremely annoyed by this cancellation which can not be questioned and just takes my money away and leaves me helpless.
It was an Extremely disheartening experience and I advise you not to do it with anyone else.
Waiting for a judicious action to be taken at your end before I go further into this rigid annoying experience and help myself.
