I ordered a product from Vle Bazar on 8th April, 2023 and the product was delivered on 15th april, 2023 but the product was defected. So I raised a request for return of product and the defected product was picked up on 18th April, 2023 but the money was refunded on the Vle Bazar Wallet and not my Bank account and the customer service wanted me to order a different product as the payment was made through cash on delivery payment method. Since they were not refunding me the amount, I placed an order for a different product on 14th June, 2023 and the product was not delivered until today 4th July, and when I check for the status, it shows that the order is cancelled and all my wallet money is gone. Vle Bazar is a fraud. When I call customer service after a long wait time, the call gets disconnected. These online markets are looting people. I lost an amount of Rs. 1398. please do help me.
