I ordered a redmi 10 power mobile on Flipkart with order no.OD428405342621981100 on 19th july2023 and it was supposed to delivered by 25th June 2023.they changed the date of delivery to 1st july2023 and again it was not delivered then the customer care people told seller has cancelled the order they told they will initiate the refund after multiple calls on 5th july2023.After that keep on following with them on chat they are saying will resolve it by 8th,11th,15,19th,again 24th on today morning ,again today evening they are saying 26th and not initiating the refund amount of Rs.11990
