I have purchased the Mobile (Vivo X90 Pro) with bank and exchange offers from flipkart with Order ID OD327978735640928100 on 1st May, 2023. On 7th May, delivery boy called me for delivery, I told him that I will be reaching the delivery location in 10-15 minutes and give him a call. after reaching to delivery location I tried calling the delivery boy many times on the number from which I received the call, but none of my call was answered nor I got the call back form him. on 8th May, 2023 I received the SMS stating that the order was cancelled on my request (I didn’t make any such request to anyone) & refund has been processed (Amount without bank interest on EMI). Now bank has already processed the EMI of 9 month and interest levied (at 1.33%/ Month to me) to me for the order which was cancelled by flipkart without my information or consent).
