Myself Navroz Dinyar Minocherhomji from India have ordered a new mobile of Samsung M 14 model number but the delivery agent never came to my house to deliver the mobile and instead mentioned it “refused by buyer”. Why should I refuse it on the doorstep if I have the option of cancelling it online and even after making full payment. I ordered the phone on Tuesday and on Saturday they show I have rejected delivery? How can my ordered product return back without informing me and that too with the reason that I rejected? This is highly unprofessional and you literally have put fools and rascals to work for you which is literally harmful for the customers, sellers and company. The customer executives mention that the product was damaged and therefore the delivery agent returned but gave the wrong reason. Totally distressed and dejected.
