Sub : Regarding Refund not received.
I placed an order of MI 5A 108cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart Android TV Dolby Audio (2022 Model) on dated Aug 06 2022 but on the same dated Aug 06 2022 I cancelled this order.
I had chosen payment option on EMI through Credit Card. When I placed an order the amount of Rs 21103 deducted from my Credit card and EMI also deducted from next month. When I contact to my credit card facilities service provider, he says whenever you will pay your loan amount, after that your loan account will be closed. As per credit card facilities service provider I have repaid of my loan amount.
But no any refund amount received from flipkart to till date. After calling many times on flipkart customer care no any solution received from flipkart customer care service provider. Even complain status also show on portal that query has resolved, while solution (refund) not received to till date.
After calling on flipkart customer care portal, employees say your problem will be resolved on 9th of September 2022, After that 12th of September 2022, After that 15th of September 2022, After that 17th of September 2022, After that 19th of September 2022. Even Many of employees provides different- different type of question in front of me but refund solution not provided from customer care portal till date.
Finally, I will say that, this is deficiency in providing customer service. If next 5 days my refund will be not Received, I will take legal action against your company, whose damages responsibilities will be your company.
