It has been 12 days already since I ordered from Jiomart. I paid through UPI. The order got cancelled and I was assured a refund but I’ve still not received It.
Since then the details about the failed order have been deleted from my Account. But thankfully I still have the transaction details in my Bank Statement.
The order was worth Rs. 2030 which I still haven’t received.
This is the worst e-commerce experience I’ve ever had.
