My order was cancelled my Zomato since I could not pick up my phone. I have my home address and the delivery executive very nicely cancelled the order, kept the order with himself and Zomato also kept the money. The amazing fact is after cancelling the order, delivery agent opened the sweet box and ate it. Zomato customer care confirmed that the agent cannot re-deliver as he opened and consumer the order. This is sheer cheating.
