I ordered a product from Amazon on the 7 th of March. And was given the date of 13th of March as delivery. But at 2 am in the 13 th of March Amazon cancelled the order and refunded the amount. It was a gift for a relative and now I had to buy a item 3 times costlier as i had already committed.
I tired to talk to Amazon but the will not compensate not will get me the product delivered.
Even they deleted the order from my order history. All the proof that i have is the chat with the Amazon customer service agent.
They could have told me that it was not available before accepting the order and if after the order was accepted some issue arises then they could have contacted me atleast 2-3 days after I placed the order . They shouldn’t have done this at the last moment when the gift was to be given on 14th. And Amazon doesnot care to do anything about it. Would request you to help me or guide me on the same. I feel cheated and disloyaled
