Dear sir
I Suresh Kumar P, have ordered Vivo IQOO Z6 LITE on 16th August for ₹14999 with an exchange offer an old Vivo y83. As my phone was not defective I have selected the option of a good phone Rs 3600 exchange money.( kindly check the attachment) Unfortunately after I placed my order the phone fell down and it sustained few cracks on the screen. So while delivery of the new phone I asked the delivery agent to provide me with the least amount which was mentioned in the exchange offer for a cracked screen phone. But the delivery agent refused to to give me the least amount offer which is of rupees 1620 and did not deliver the phone and my order was cancelled.
I contact the customer care and the gentleman out there told me that this offer was not available now. And after few days I will not be seeing that offer on the offer page, and it will be removed.
But I said while I ordered the phone I saw the exchange offer and I clicked on the exchange offer and I paid the remaining amount only for my order and everything was accepted by the system. But unfortunately they cancelled the order.
So I am not satisfied with the customer care replay and and thereby I am contacting you for escalation of my problem so that Amazon should do the needful for a fair treatment with the customer. I ordered my phone only when I saw that I can exchange my old phone.
So I request you to give me a suitable compensation for my disappointment due to the cancellation of my order. I had ordered this for my wife and in front of her I could not keep up my word. I have been with Amazon for almost 10 years
