I am Tufan Mondal, I have a business account called INFOCONN SERVICE (8918260684) in amazon business. I have ordered a hp laser jet m1136 laser printer dated 05-NOV- 2020, Order # – 405-9078242-9376363 through Bajaj Finserv Limited EMI card. Due to High price of the amazon seller I have cancelled the product on 06-NOV-2020. But since then till now i didn’t get any confirmation of cancellation that’s why my Bajaj Finserv loan account (Loan Account No- 5M5ECFGJ884125) regarding this purchase still active. I have been calling the customer service of amazon from last 30 Days but still got solution and above all i have to pay all of the loan amount until the problem is being solved. I am suffering from last 30 days for this problem. Kindly look after my problem and solve it as fast as possible. I am also sending the screenshots along with this.
