My Rashmi Sharma, I have ordered a Wireless earphones from Skullcandy website on 30.04.2025 via order id 90028567 at 10:17 AM and requested to cancel order on same day at 10:58 AM within an hour. At that time, My order is not even processed but when i raise a request for cancellation they immediately process my order and transfer to shipping department and claiming that order will not get cancel because order is processed. After that , I raise a request to return the order because sound quality is not good of that earphone. They still say that we don’t have return policy but as per policy, customer can return product within 7 days of receipt. They are not taking it back and not even refund my money. They forcefully impose a product on me. My money is totally wasted.
So, I have request to kindly help on this matter. Please help to return this order and refund my money.
