I’m very disappointed with Paytm services, I have called many times to Paytm customer care and explain the situation but not ready to help me.
I have ordered wireless Bluetooth hands-free on 12th Jun 2019.
Order # 8484777695 for your ready reference and It is shipped through Gati International AWB# 692005814
While placing an order by mistake, Pin-code mentioned wrong and I want to correct it else shipment will be sent back to the origin (Hongkong)
I have already discussed with Gati International but they can’t change the pin-code. Only shipper can do that.
Below is the correction I want in delivery address.
Given Shipping address is – C-8, MANTHAN APPARTMENTS NEAR ANAND NAGAR CROSS ROAD, SATELLITE, AHMEDABAD – 384001 GUJARAT (Pin-code is wrong)
Correct Shipping address is – C-8, MANTHAN APPARTMENTS NEAR ANAND NAGAR CROSS ROAD, SATELLITE, AHMEDABAD – 380015 GUJARAT (pin-code is correct)
If you’re not able to correct pin code then I want to cancel my order, kindly cancel it.
