I ordered a product from amazon with same day delivery(5th Aug). Did not receive the order on the day and got to know when called customs service that it will be delivered on 6th aug. But they told me it will surely deliver today 6th aug. And committed on recorded line. Later when item was not delivered I got to know amazon facility cancelled it and returned to seller saying I have not accepted thé delivery where it never reached me.
