This is to inform you that I have placed an order on 15th June of POCO X5 pro worth 24058 inr. Through Bajaj finance card. My promise date was 18th June ( not received) second promise date was 22nd June (again order not received). On 23rd June in morning i got to know through that my order is being cancelled by logistics team. And my money will be refunded within 8 days. Today we have crossed the promised date of refund as well and my money is be deducted by Bajaj finance as an first EMI.
Every time I call customer support they simply say sorry and raise a complain on my behalf . They have raise approx 7-8 complain but “NO resolution” is provided.
