on 3rd Oct i have place a order for a phone, and paid the bill. and on 8th i received a SMS from 57575022 stating that my order is canceled and refund issued. as per the mail received from Amazon ” You ordered the item below, but the package is being returned to us by the carrier. We’ve issued your refund.
You can find the list of possible reasons why the package is being returned to us as undelivered here. If you still want the item, please check your address and place a new order.”
what is going on ? if my address is out of your service area then why you are accepting my order ? only to harsh customer ?
previously i bought things with the same address , and get delivery in proper time.
Please look into this.
