Item has been placed with option COD, Wrong item has been received and when I was checking in App to raise the return, item is showing as cancelled and hence not getting an option to return the wrong item received. Now raised complaint to Flipkart customer support team, each day getting response as backend team will contact, but nobody is contacting me.
Feel like being cheated by Flipkart team, If I can get any help from here then it will be grateful.
