Dear Team Paytm,
I have ordered a watch from Paytm of order ID 6360586444. Your courier partner not yet called me even once. But why the order has cancelled? I called your courier partner since last 2 Days & he updates to deliver ASAP. But when I checked today order is automatically cancelled.i am paid for this order. You refund me the same amount in Paytm wallet. But why in Paytm wallet why not in my bank account ? If you add refund in wallet why are taking additional charge when I transfer money from wallet to account. I have paid interest for the amount to Credit card.
If you cannt Deliver the product then don’t show it in your mall.it happend 2nd time with me. Take this an urgent issue. I am informing all my friends & relationship to close the Paytm account. Because you a fraud team.
