On 2nd August , I ordered mobile model one plus nord CE. As per Amazon Status, It should deliver on 3rd August by 9PM.
On 3rd August 2021, In Morning Delivery Boy called me on 8:15 AM, due to some issue I unable to receive call. After 8:30 AM ,I tried to call delivery boy but he didn’t receive. Then I called to Customer care and requested to deliver my order on 3rd August after 6PM because my order is gift and I want it today itself. So customer care raised mail to Store and confirm me that your order will get by today itself.(3rd August by 6 PM).
In evening , I didn’t get any call from delivered boy till 7:30 PM. So I tried to message to customer care then he didn’t listen my complaint. Again I called to customer care on 8:17PM and I request to deliver today or share me store details so I can go to store and receive my order at Store. But he denied to share store location but he confirm me that your order will get you within next half hour.
I waited for next one hour but I didn’t get any call. Again I called to customer care then he denied to deliver my order in night. I asked him to connect me with your supervisor then he told there is no any supervisor also he denied to raise my complaint.
I was so frustrated due to Amazon False commitment. I was followed my order from morning and I was ready to collect my order at store still there is no any action from Morning 8 AM to 10 PM on my request. Customer care not supported on request and they tried to convivence me that it is not customer care fault but it is fault of our Amazon store keeper fault, they are not responded on as per mail.
