Respect sir/Madam,
We have ordered 2 Nos. of USB data cable with super fast charging on 14-Dec-18, we have have received one packet on 17-Dec-2018 from Blue dart courier under AWB#69167533735, courier person Mr.Muttukrishna, contact#9619862454, than i checked the tracking at paytm, it is keep on showing that talk to Blue dart, than i wrote a mail to courier, some communication was done with them, finally courier person cleared that one AWB for one order, so one packed received for one AWB, it is cleared from courier team, than i called to paytm Mr.Uday on 26/12 around 3.50pm, he is telling that, we should suppose to write a complaint to paytm, which no option to write to them, b,coz paytm is routing to courier team. now paytm system is not allowing to take the complaint.
My concern is, why customer will suffer because of short shipping from paytm?
