I purchased a item from amazon ORDER # 408-1169879-5986745, 2 times i requested for item replacement, due to accessories missing in parcel like aux cable, manual and other, they told we can’t return item we can replace only next time they did not provide any accessories only speaker and woofer is there nothing else packaging is also very poor. They ready to take item back but they mentioned wrong pick up address i call them several times they are mentioning wrong pick up address every time and sometime they said we put pick up request but not making pick request. i fed up from online purchase specially from amazon i will not buy from this site in future.
