This product Whilrpool 3 door Refrigerator was Ordered on 1st October and complaint posted on 14th for replacement of product as original product was faulty , this was verified by Whirlpool Technician who cam and Visited on 14th and same day I had called amazon customer care for refund / replacement , still there is not replacement and refund , I have attached the Screenshot of the Order details and Whirlpool Technician Report for the Faulty Refrigerator
Issue — Compressor is Faulty as Identified by Authorised Whirlpool Techinician Nitin
I have called Amazon Customer care on 17th for follow up 6-7 times and now they still asking questions and unable to replace the product or refund
