we bought the above mentioned bed which had a warranty of 3 years. This order got delivered on 23rd Feb 2022 and got assembled on 25th Feb 2022. After installation also the bed was moving and thus we raised a complain as the bed was moving and seemed weak but no care was taken.
On 6th March 2022 the bed broke while my parents were sitting on it. As it happened at 8pm we could’nt reach the customer care and next day we raised a request in the customer care and both studio. The carpenter came and said that the material was not good and thus it broke. My father got hurt in this situation. The material is so poor that a queen size bed couldn’t handle the weight of 2person. We would like to have a full refund as the carpenter said it is not repairable any more and we are not able to trust this product as it couldn’t last for 15 days also. but pepperfry is not helping us and denying are claim saying its is due to wear and tear. it is cheating the customer by refusing warranty for reasons unjustified
