Text of Complaint by Vandana Sarah Roy:

I ordered for a Chocoholics ice cream from Creamstone and made the payment of INR 202/- via Paytm, including tip amount. Once the delivery guy was assigned I called him 5 mins ahead of his scheduled arrival time to check on his location and asked him to give me call as soon as he reached my location. 5 mins later received a call saying that he’s reached my location but he was nowhere to be seen. Called him again to confirm on his location and direct him to the correct address however he seemed reluctant and unwilling to take directions insisting that he was at the right location as per GPS. The GSP shows a parallel route and he had to take the flyover to reach my location but he took the adjacent road and seemed to have lost his way. Despite of me and another person from my apt. trying to offer to help him get back on the right direction he was adamant that he was at the right location and refused to take instruction or the correct direction. After a couple of back and forths my frustration reached its limit and I asked him to return the item back and I cancelled the same on Zomata. Now when I raised this concern to customer service the rep. he was least helpful and refused to assist me with my concern stating that there was nothing he could do. So basically I lost my order, 190 rs and spent unnecessarily tipping a delivery guy who was just not willing to serve the customer. Very disappointed with the service and customer support. Not at all satisfactory.
