order 3 items but receive only 2, since chasing Amazon the very first day they said they will deliver but until nothing happened. today their customer care said it has delivered by 3rd party so they cant do anything and cannot refund my money. My Name is Puneet singh and i have ordered more than 15 thousand rupees order to Amazon. thei representative call to my family and start investigating about delivery but whn they dont get any success they said that the package got delivered to Puneet who is me and i never received it. they Amazon is not refunding my money and i want the money back else i will definately file a case in court.

Text of Complaint by Puneet Singh:

I have order 3 packages from Amazon but receive only 2 items. since their system shows that the 1st package delivered I straightaway contacted with Amazon and explain them that I haven’t received it. I was told to wait for until this week but now Amazon CC said that they already delivered the package and they will not take any responsibility for 3rd party delivery service called Delhivery. Amazon will not refund any amount and they will close this enquiry. is this the way Amazon used to do business in India? i ordered that for one of my foreigner friend but due to late delivery i bought another from Airport. sharing this experience with my staff i got to understand that in India it is possible. shame on you Amazon to let Indians let down in front of everyone.
